Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Absolutely loved Daijobu! We had the 5 handroll set and the tan tan noodles. Both were absolutely delicious. My only feedback is figuring out a way to keep the seaweed fresh so you don’t have a to rush to eat them so quickly. I’ve been to handroll spots where they have a plastic covering on the seaweed that you can take off before eating. Otherwise, I’ll be coming back over and over again!!!

Good bowl of Tonkotsu here. Enjoyed it very much. Didn’t care much for the foam though tbh, and the pork chashu was a bit too chewy. Broth was great and toppings well served.

Had a great experience at DAIJOBU! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hand roll was especially goodβ€”fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned rice, and great texture in every bite. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. If you’re a fan of Japanese food and sushi, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!

Had a really good food experience at Daijobu! The overall vibe of the place is clean, modern, and welcomingβ€”perfect for a relaxed meal. The food stood out the most. Everything felt fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. The flavors weren’t overwhelming but still had a nice depth, especially if you enjoy Japanese-inspired dishes. The ramen was comforting with a rich broth, and the chicken dishes were cooked perfectlyβ€”juicy, flavorful, and not too heavy. Service was smooth and friendly, and the staff made sure everything came out on time without rushing us. Overall, Daijobu is a great spot if you’re looking for quality food, a chill atmosphere, and a satisfying dining experience. Definitely worth visiting again!

The food at Daijobu is amazing! Some of the best tonkotsu and definitely the best in Raleigh that we’ve tried so far. The Scallop hand roll was amazing and so was the black sesame spinach tofu. Very unique in taste! We felt like service could have slightly been better with smiling faces and friendlier staff but it was ok
